These compilation albums are released by Estonian Jazz every two years. The tracks on each album are recorded over the past two years and selected from a wide range of submissions by a three-member international jury. Compilation CDs like this have been regularly released in Estonia since 1996.

“The album has great export potential and is intended for distribution among jazz promoters to introduce Estonian jazz music,” explains Kirke Karja, Chairman of the Board of Jazz Estonia.
