The aim of the Jazz Estonia is to develop and advance the Estonian jazz music both at home and abroad. The Jazz Estonia organises concerts and thematic events, collects and shares the information about the Estonian jazz music and musicians, organises cooperation between musicians and organisations and, searches for financial resources for developing jazz music.

Since spring 2023 Kirke Karja is the Chairman of the board with other members of the Board, including Jaak Sooäär, Kristjan Randalu, Ronja Soopan, Tõnu Tubli, Jana Kütt and Ingrid Rabi. The CEO of Jazz Estonia is Elo-Liis Parmas. The concert programme of the Jazz Estonia is coordinated by Anna-Sophia Sevagin, Marketing & Communications by Loreta Sindi.
