The aim of the Jazz Estonia is to develop and advance the Estonian jazz music both at home and abroad. The Jazz Estonia organises concerts and thematic events, collects and shares the information about the Estonian jazz music and musicians, organises cooperation between musicians and organisations and, searches for financial resources for developing jazz music.

Since january 2026 Kirke Karja is the Chairman of the board with other members of the Board, including JTanel Ruben, Toivo Unt, Anna Regina Kalk, Anna Lea Haamer, Robert Rebane and Karl Madis Pennar..
